50-minute mat pilates class feauring the signature Reformed Method. Reformed Pilates provides a contemporary approach to the classic elements of reformer Pilates. We utilize a specific STRUCTURE, FLOW, and METHOD to maximize results.
STRUCTURE: Our classes start with the core. They continue with the upper body and lower body, and we finish with a cool-down. We have hundreds of different exercises and numerous accessories such as hand weights, resistance bands, boxes, and jumpboards, but in keeping with the same structure every time we guarantee a full-body workout in just 50 minutes.
FLOW: Our routines are carefully written to limit equipment and directional changes. Our flow, coupled with pre-transitioning exercises, allows clients to move fluidly through class and work muscles to fatigue.
METHOD: Our exercises build core strength, functional strength, and long, lean muscles. We combine a lighter spring load with a slow, controlled four-count movement to build strength you will use in every aspect of your life.
